Trafficlink’s real time information is supplied to the Highways Agency for operational purposes, and works in partnership with the Agency to promote the better use of quality traffic information to their customers.

TransportDirect

Trafficlink are the sole supplier of real time traffic and travel information to the Department for Transport’s TransportDirect travel portal, the UK’s first complete journey planner.

Trafficlink are a strategic partner of Transport for London and they share information to improve transport information in the capital.

Welsh Assembly Government

Trafficlink co-locate with Traffic Wales in the Welsh Assembly Government’s control room in Cardiff, placing Trafficlink at the centre of information aggregation and distribution for Wales.

Traffic Scotland

Trafficlink operates directly from Traffic Scotland's control room in Glasgow along with having a studio in Edinburgh. This ensures that Trafficlink is at the forefront of traffic and travel information in Scotland.

Mattisse

Trafficlink are strategic partners of the West Midlands Authorities’ Mattisse Consortium to improve traffic information to the region.

Trafficlink works closely with Local Authorities to communicate the information supplied by CCTV control rooms and council traffic management teams to the public.

Trafficlink are committed to helping Local Authorities realise their Traffic Management Act obligations and can provide a range of data and consultancy services to this end.

Trafficlink is an established and trusted partner of Police forces across the UK and works closely with them to supply information on road conditions quickly and accurately.
